📝 Clarks Beach Bowling Club — Conditions of Play

🕘 Start Times

• All Club Play and Championship matches start at 9:00am sharp, unless otherwise stated in the programme.
• Club Day is held every Wednesday at 9:00am.

📖 Member Contact Details

• Member contact information can be found on page 10 of the Club Handbook, which is provided upon payment of club fees.
• If there are any changes to the Conditions of Play, the club will make every effort to notify the players involved.

🎯 Tournament & Championship Entries

• Tournament entries must be registered no later than 4:30pm the day before play.
• Championship and club competition entries must be submitted to the Match Committee by 8:00am on the day of play.
• The second day of championship matches will be played as per the programme, whenever possible.

💰 Entry Fees

• Entry for Wednesday and Saturday social events:
• $2.00 per player (social members or visitors).
• Championship events:
• $5.00 per player.
• Each championship day will consist of 3 games, starting at 9:00am.

🎽 Dress Code

• Creams, whites, or approved club uniforms must be worn at all times, except during:
  • Twilight bowls
  • Practice sessions
  • Roll-ups
  • Mufti days
  • Mini tournaments
  • Evening tournaments
• The club reserves the right to adjust the programme or conditions of play due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

👤 Match Convenor Authority

• The Match Convenor, ( Kathy Claney )of the Day has full control over play decisions.

👥 Dual Membership Policy

• Dual members may compete in both of their affiliated clubs.
• However, if a dual member wins a CBBC Championship, they must represent Clarks Beach Bowling Club at higher levels (unless otherwise stated).

🏆 Wednesday Aggregate Scoring

• Attendance: 1 point
• Win: 1 point
• Draw: ½ point
• Day Winner: 1 point
