New members are always most welcome!

The Pony Club season runs from 1st September to the 31st August each year, with rallies and events taking place between October and April.

We cater for riders of all ages and ability levels, from our youngest riders on the lead rein, through to older kids, teenagers, and adult riders.

Some of our riders like to compete, others just want to have fun with their horses, and learn about riding and horse care.

Grounds Usage

Over winter, the Pony Club paddocks are generally closed for riding.  Riding is limited to the rubber arena and the sand arena, both of which can be booked using an online booking system.

Please make sure that you are familiar with the rules of arena usage and the booking process for the arenas prior to use.  The rules can be found under the Branch Resources tab.

Sand Arena Upgrade Complete

Our sand arena has recently been upgraded thanks to a generous grant from the Auckland Council Sport & Recreation Facilities Investment Fund.

We thank the Auckland Council for their support in providing quality horse riding facilities for the young riders of the future.
