The HVPC Members Handbook is published each season, and is a good concise guide for both new and existing members about Henderson Valley Pony Club. 

The Members Handbook contains:

- Branch Committee contact information

- District & Area information

- Branch Bylaws & Guidelines

- General information on Pony Club, rallies, working bees, overnight grazing

The HVPC Members Handbook is available in hard copy for new members, and is emailed out to all members at the start of each season.
