If you are refereeing teams that are playing in a Bay of Plenty compeition,  you need to complete a Bay of Plenty Rugby Union Match Report.

It is imperative that King Country Rugby Union and Bay of Plenty Rugby Union official is notified of any incident as soon as possible after a match.

By submitting the online form below the BOPRU Referee Manager and Administrator will receive this form. They will contact you if your incident requires further information, or if there will be a judicial hearing for your incident.

PLEASE LODGE THIS REPORT WITH BOPRU ASAP - WITHIN 24 HOURS (RED CARD) OR 48 HOURS (YELLOW CARD) OF THE MATCH.

Please let King Country Rugby Union Referee Education Officer know of any incidents.
