Inter-club competitions and Ribbon days

Ribbon days are hosted by different athletes clubs over the course of the athletic season and are open to all registered athletes from any club affiliated to Athletics New Zealand. 

They are called Ribbon Days as first to eighth place are awarded with a ribbon. 

We encourage our children to participate in ribbon days held throughout the season. These give children the opportunity to compete against and get to know children from other clubs.  For those who are more serious, competing is the best form of training. 

Club uniform is compulsory and age flashes must be sewn onto the top.
