Equipment Hire

Wairarapa Track and Field is the only Wairarapa club with a comprehensive set of Athletics equipment for your Athletics Sports Day at the Colin Pugh Sports Bowl.

The cost of hire is as follows:-

• Individuals $50.00 incl GST per year
• Primary Schools $80.00 incl GST per event
• Intermediate Schools $120.00 incl GST per event
• Secondary Schools $160.00 incl GST per event

All hires requires the approval of the WTF Committee

If you would like to request equipment for your sports day then CLICK HERE for a copy of the request form. Please fill out the Equipment Hire Form and return it to [email protected].

Groups, schools, organisations or individuals will not be able to use the gear if they have not completed the hire agreement.

It is recommended a team of people are available to collect the gear from the shed and set up the ground. All gear will be signed out and checked back in again. Any gear used by schools or groups must be returned to the shed before leaving the Stadium, and the shed left tidy. The school or organisation will be invoiced for any equipment damaged or not returned.

As a club we are also able to run the electronic timing for your athletics event, please talk to Mark Harris if this is required to determine costs for this to occur.

Should only some of the equipment be utilised, the club is happy to negotiate a reduced fee.
