Welcome to the Summer Track and Field Series.

Competition Rules

• All events are 100% confirmed.
• Please check the times of the events in the tab to the right.
• Walkers may have their own event but will most likely be combined.  Confirmation of times will be dependent on having the correct number of officials.
• For Long Jump, Triple Jump, Hammer Throw, Discus Throw, Shot Put, Javelin Throw everyone will get 3 jumps / throws. The following will get three further jumps / throws:-
  • Top 8 on Distance Achieved in first 3 attempts
• For High Jump, once you have 3 consecutive misses, you are out of the competition.
  • The High Jump will be conducted as one grade.  Only the very last person jumping will get 3minutes between jumps
  • The height of the bar will increase at incremental heights.  You can pass as many times as you like.
• Track events take precedence and if you miss a round at the field event, then it will be recorded as a pass.
• All track races will be pre-seeded.  This is dependant upon numbers.
• Entry lists can be found on the entry portal, if you are not on the entry list you will need to pay a late entry fee of $20 to compete on the day.
• Everyone will need to assist to run the events as officials are highly likely to be short.
• Electronic timing will be operating.
• All results will be displayed on the results link, no paper copies will be produced.

Entry Fees

There is two levels of entry for this event.  Early Bird and Late Entry Fees.  All fees include any applicable admin fees.

Event Closing

• Early Bird closes 72 hours prior to the meet and costs $15.00
• Late Entry closes at 5pm the day before the meet and costs $20.00

Entering one event does not guarantee your entry for the next, you must ensure you have entered and paid your entry fee.

Refunds

Once you have entered and up to the date of early bird entry closing, you can request a 50% refund of your entry fee (excluding any admin fees paid).

Once early bird entries close, there are no refunds.
