HIGH JUMP

Athletes to line up on the side they wish to jump from (or in the middle)
They run towards the bar and when they jump they must take off on ONE foot.
If they knock the bar down it is a "fail" and marked on the recording sheet with an X. It makes no difference whether they are on or off the mat when the bar falls.
The bar is to be raised 3cm each time.
If the athlete "balks" they gets another attempt but he/she must ensure no part of their body passes under the bar.
