ADVICE: January is peak holiday season in the Nelson Tasman area, with many people from throughout New Zealand travelling to the area due to the wonderful beaches, and generally brilliant weather.  

Additionally, there will be a large music festival called Bay Dreams taking place on 4th - 5th January 2020. This will put pressure on the availability of accommodation, so early booking is strongly recommended.
