109 rangatahi, 4 wharekura and 100% good vibes! Our coast whanau have had a tough year and the roads certainly don't make it easy to get to events here in Gizzy, so it was really special to head north and support a day of Netball that rangatahi of all netball levels could take part in.
Teams were a mash up of players from the various wharekura so emphasis could be less about interschool rivalry and more about fun and whanaungatanga. Couldnt be any prouder of everyone for their awesome efforts. Thanks Sport Gisborne Tairāwhiti, all the kaiako and umpires that helped out on the day and Te Waha o Rerekohu for hosting us.
