REVAMPED WARM UP
We will continue to roll out the revamped NetballSmart Dynamic Warm Up (NSDWU). Make sure your team is up with the changes by viewing the videos and resources available on this page or the NetballSmart website. All resources are free and available to download. Alternatively, book a NSDWU session with one of our NetballSmart Centre Activators and they will provide you with hard copy warm up cards.

This is the official 15-20 minute warm-up for Netball, that when done 2-3 times a week decreases injury and improves performance.
