Thank you for choosing Howick Pakuranga Netball Centre for your event, function or activity. 

Before confimring your booking, please ensure you read the relevant Terms & Conditions below. The terms differ depending on whether you are making a one-off booking or a regular booking. 

CHOOSE YOUR HIRE TYPE

ONE-OFF HIRE

For individual events, functions, tournaments, meetings or occassional bookings. 

REGULAR HIRE 

For bookings that occur weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Regular hire refers to bookings that occur weekly, fortnightly or monthly. If you are booking the venue for a single event or occasional use, please use that One-Off Hire terms. 

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Please make sure you understand the following before confirming your venue hire: 

Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Howick Pakuranga Netball Centre. Payment requirements and booking conditions are outlined in the relevant Terms & Conditions. 

Use of the Venue
The must only be used for the purpose stated at the time of the booking. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all attendees, guest and participants comply with HPNC requirements. 

Cleaning & Damage
The hirer is responsible for leaving the venue and facilities in an appropriate condition following their booking. Costs associated with damage, additional cleaning or other breaches may be charged to the hirer where applicable. 

Health & Safety
The hirer is responsible for the health and safety of the people attending their booking and must comply with all HPNC health & safety requirements. 

Venue Rules
HPNC is a community sporting facility. All hirers and their guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow the Centre's rules, policies and reasonable directions from HPNC staff.
