The following are concepts of how this programme will run & be further developed.
We are constantly tweaking this development, but and have this completed prior to our first session being run since October 2009, keep posted regarding further developments.
Basically the programme will follow the FORMAT:
1. The teaching of WARM UP activities to all participants.
2. A circuit of skill development drills will be taught to participants, with a focus on catching & passing / draw & pass / tackling / playing the ball. These will be added to once skill development increases.
3. Modified Games, that are age & skill appropriate.
4. The teaching of WARM DOWN activities to all participants.
It is envisaged that each session would be a MAXIMUM of 60 minutes.
These will be held on a THURSDAY afternoon, times to be confirmed but MOST likely to be 4.00 pm - 5.00pm.
