Help us develop Junior Football in the Palmerston North and wider Manawatu Region!

We will be adding to these as we develop our programme, as the fundamentals of Passing & Catching a Football, Drawing & Passing and Tackling will be the basis of our programme.
This coupled with the "laws" of MINI & MOD football will be our Junior League Programme.

Recently added have been the latest versions of the NZRL Rule Book Updates for both Mini & Mod Football to the NZRL Rule Book for Years 13 through to Senior Grade Football.
