ENTRIES FOR CHAMPIONSHIP EVENTS   

Entering a team
All entries for Championship events are made using the applicable entry form on these Events & Entries pages. 
When entering a team select the "I wish to enter a team" option at the top of the form and enter the names of all members of the team.  This will assist others to know who is not entered and available to play.   If a team is not entered in full the Match Committee may reject the entry. 

Want to play but not in a team?
Any member not in a team but wishing to play should use the appropriate Entry Form and select the "I wish to be included in a team" option at the top of the form.

Need to change a Team?
If you need to change a team after it has been entered, contact the Event Organiser for that event.

Draws
After the closing date for each event the Match Committee will arrange the draw which will be available on the Draws & Results page.

Confused?
​​​​​​​If you are unsure ask the Event Organiser for assistance.  Further information on entry procedure for  some events may be on the Entries page.

Absentee Players
​​​​​​​In any team or side, if any player is not present at the time set down for the commencement of his/her game, or within 10 minutes thereafter, the Event Organiser,  may disqualify the offending player (or his/her team) and award the game to the opposing team.

ENTRIES FOR GRADED EVENTS

To enter a graded event enter your name using the appropriate form on the Graded Entries Page.

The Club Selectors will organise the teams and arrange the draw which will be avaialble on the Draws & Results Page.

ENTRIES FOR TROPHY EVENTS

​​​​​​​To enter a Trophy event enter your team names (or name for singles) using the appropriate form on the Trophy Entries page.

After the Closing Date the Match Committee will arrange the draw which will be avaialble on the Draws & Results Page.

For disc drawn events the Event Organiser will arrange the draw on the event day.

TO ENTER MIDWEEK EVENTS:

For Midweek Club Days place your disc on the Organiser's table before the time stated in the Club Programme. This is usually 9.30 am except when special club events are scheduled.
