Grounds Availability​​​​​​​

To make booking our arena and cross-country jumps easier we have an automated booking system.

The system requires online payment at the time of booking so you will need a credit card each time you book.

To register please send an email to bookings@waikanaepc.org.nz stating what type of bookings you will be making; standard personal hire or clinics. 

You will be sent an invitation to register requiring your email and phone number. Once registered you will be able to book, and cancel, easily through the app.

Booking fees 

• The standard fee for booking the arena or the XC course will be $10 per hour per horse. If you have more than 1 horse, please make another booking for any additional horses. The facilities are not so busy that an extended booking will block others from using the facilities.

• The arena has been split into 2 areas as it is very large and can accommodate up to 4 horses per half arena.

• Booking the rally grounds / park will remain free.

• For instructors teaching lessons, please either book for the appropriate amount of time for the number of students you will have, or ask your students to make their own bookings.

• All clinics will be $50 - regardless of duration.

• There will be a transaction fee added to the booking fee at the time of booking.
