Enrolments

With the new season fast arriving we are now accepting enrolments for the 2023/24 season (September 2023 - August 2024).   ​​​​​​​

All the information you need will be available on this site. Make sure to check out the terms and conditions and grounds use policy.

Returning member renewals

Returning members will be sent a renewal email from Nominate - our membership management software. Follow the link in this email to take you to the website to confirm your details for the coming year and make payment. If you can’t find this email, please email [email protected]

New Members

You will need to fill out the NZPCA forms to enrol and make payment.

If you come along to our enrolment meeting on Saturday 19 August 2023 at 2:30pm at our clubrooms (near the Waikanae Park carpark, we can enrol you then. Or you can go to the online form below at any time.

  1. Select Waikanae Pony Club.

  2. Select the appropriate Adult Member subscription type. In most cases this will be Adult Member – Parent. 

  3. Complete your details and read the declarations.

  4. On the next page add any other members of your family who will be joining. 

  5. Fill in your emergency contact details.

  6. Add any uniform you would like to order.

  7. Review and accept the Pony Club terms and conditions.

  8. Finally, enter your payment details.
