We expect all our families to arrive at a rally on time and in good humour!

Both riders and parents should be ready to have fun and actively participate in the planned activities.

A Helpers Roster will be circulated and parents need to attend to the duties assigned. If you are unable to attend, the it is your responsibility to find someone to replace you and let the rally co-ordinator know.

A parent (or guardian) must attend rallies with riders under 18 years of age. If a parent is unable to come, they must pass responsibility to another adult. Both the parent and 'the responsible person' must inform the Head coach PRIOR to the rally.

A working rally includes 90 minutes of instruction. You are expected to be ready at least 10 minutes prior to the rally start time. Should you arrive late, apologise to the coach of your group and ask if you can join in. Riders who do not attend the full rally will not have the rally counted for attendance.

A great deal of planning goes into our rally lessons. Riders are put into groups with other riders of a similar level, age and/or ability. All riders are expected to stay in their assigned group for the duration of the rally and actively participate in the activities planned. If a rider does not wish to join in an activity, they are still expected to be involved. For example, a rider not wanting to jump can hand their pony to a parent and continue to be included unmounted.
