WHS Sport Uniform Policy

To ensure fairness and equity, all WHS sports uniforms are issued on a loan per-season basis.

Once teams have been confirmed, communication will be sent out and uniforms will be distributed to all players by the Sports Department.

Please note that uniforms are strictly for official game days only and must not be worn during P.E. classes or for personal use outside of scheduled competitions.

In accordance with College Sport Wellington (CSW) regulations, all players must be in the correct full uniform when competing. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the match for you and your team. It is each player’s responsibility to bring and wear the full uniform for every game.

WHS Sport Uniform Return Procedure

All sports uniforms must be returned at the end of each season — End of Term 1, Term 3, and Term 4 — directly to the Sports Department.

To help us prepare for the next season, please follow these steps to return your uniform, after your final game is over:

• Wash: Ensure the full kit is clean and dry.
• Return: Hand it in person to a Sports Coordinator.
• Location: Sports Office, Level 3, WHS Tindall Gym.

• Returns can be made during lunchtime within the designated return period.
• 
  
• If the Sports Office team is unavailable when you arrive, please return your uniform the following school day.

• Do not leave uniforms, outside the Office, at the main office, with P.E teachers, or in classrooms. Uniforms must be handed directly to a member of the Sports team to be properly recorded as returned.

When uniforms are issued, the Sports Department records the uniform numbers assigned to each player. Any uniforms not returned by the end of the designated return period, or returned without being checked in by the Sports team, will be considered unreturned. In these cases, a $100 replacement fee will be charged to the student on their school account.

After purchasing, please bring your receipt and size request to the Sports Office [Level 3 (Top Floor) – WHS Tindill Gym] to collect your items.
