FEES for 2024/25 Season (1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025)
These fees are subject to change following our AGM in May/June of each year.

REFUNDS
IMPORTANT: Any requests for refunds must come through Bellevue Athletic Club. Requests are reviewed by the club committee and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If there are no mitigating circumstances and you have been registered for two or more weeks, then refunds will not be considered. Additionally, a portion of fees go to Athletics New Zealand and WaiBop Athletics and it may not be possible to recover and refund these amounts. Their refund policy can be found here. WHERE DO YOUR FEES GO?
Annual Registration Fees include affiliation fees (Athletics New Zealand and Athletics Waikato/Bay of Plenty), Tauranga City Council Track User Charges, equipment costs (maintenace and replacement), prize-giving, trophies etc.
