FEES for 2024/25 Season (1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025)​​​​​​​

These fees are subject to change following our AGM in May/June of each year.

In addition to the fees above, athletes aged 5 - 14 yrs require a FULL Bellevue Athletic Club uniform. See our uniform page, in 'Our Club' above, for details and prices.

Family discount

We offer 25% off the 3rd child and 50% off the 4th and subsequent children. Discounts apply to the youngest members who register, and they only apply to the Bellevue proportion of the fees paid (which is $55-70 for miniclub depending on their age, and $80 for 7 to 14 yrs). A portion of your fees goes to Athletics NZ and Waikato BoP Athletics and they will not refund their proportions, sorry. We will return the discounted amount to you during the season, if eligible.

REFUNDS

IMPORTANT: Any requests for refunds must come through Bellevue Athletic Club. Requests are reviewed by the club committee and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If there are no mitigating circumstances and you have been registered for two or more weeks, then refunds will not be considered. Additionally, a portion of fees go to Athletics New Zealand and WaiBop Athletics and it may not be possible to recover and refund these amounts. WHERE DO YOUR FEES GO?

Annual Registration Fees include affiliation fees (Athletics New Zealand and Athletics Waikato/Bay of Plenty), Tauranga City Council Track User Charges, equipment costs (maintenace and replacement), prize-giving, trophies etc.
