REGISTRATION PROCESS

Athletics NZ has introduced a new registration system. If you have not yet registered using the new system, you will have to sign up again by clicking the 'SIGN UP' button at the bottom of the first registration page.

Registration Tip - if registering a child, enter their details including date of birth...but you may wish to enter your contact details. Then choose the appropriate 'Member Type' (age group) for your child based on their age as at 31 December 2023.

When you register, you will now see a breakdown of the fees - some go to Athletics NZ, some to Waikato BoP Athletics, and the rest to Bellevue which is used to pay for operating costs. The amounts differ depending on the age. You may also receive a confirmation email from Athletics NZ, WabiBoP Athletics and Bellevue, as by joining you are affiliating with all 3 which means you can participate in National, WaiBop and Bellevue events.

CLUB UNIFORM 

In addition to fees, athletes aged 5-14yrs require a FULL Bellevue Athletic Club uniform. See our uniform page for details and prices.

NEW MEMBERS

Proof of age is required for ALL new athletes (Plunket Book, Birth Certificate, Passport). Please scan and email us. The grade = the age of the child as at 31 December each year.

Your age flash will be issued to you on receipt of payment and proof of age. Athletes cannot attend club nights or ribbon days/championship events without an age flash. Come up to the grandstand, introduce yourself and collect your age flash.
