Parent Interviews

YEAR 11-13 PARENT/TEACHER INTERVIEWS - Wednesday 30th & Thursday 31st August 2023
These will be held on Wednesday 30th August, between 2.00pm and 4.30pm, and Thursday 31st August, between 10.00am and 6.00pm and will be of twenty minute durations. The last bookable appointment on Wednesday 30th is 4.00pm and 5.40pm on Thursday 31st, unless you arrange differently with a specific teacher.
The interviews are with whanau group teachers and will be held in their whanau group classrooms. Please check the whiteboard in the Admin foyer for any amendments.
Classes will run normally on Wednesday 30th August until 12.30pm when town students may go home (returning for their interview). Bus students will be supervised at school, but may go home with parents after their interview.
If your student received any reds on his/her three-weekly report, it would be advantageous to make a booking with that teacher.
This year we will be using the Skool Loop app to book interviews. Please see the attached instructions on how to do this.

It is preferred that all these interviews take place on this day. However, if the times available for booking are not suitable for you, please email the specific teacher/s directly to arrange another time and/or day with them. Their emails can be found on our website / About us / Our staff tab.
