- Combinations that have competed at Timberlands may not enter this competition.
- Rider eligible to end of season they turn 21 years. Season 1 August to 31 July.
- 4 riders per Team. Maximum of 2 teams per level per Club.
- Riders 22 – 25 are eligible.
- If a Club cannot field a full team, their DC or Team Manager shall contact the Event Secretary, who will allocate any available draft riders, which includes any reserves.
- No Club may draft more than 50% of the Team.

Submit this application form with a performance / achievement record attached. (No originals please) KDPC committee reserves the right to decline to send a team for what ever reason. I understand this is a team event and I will be subject to the rules and standards of behaviour associated with a team representing Kumeu District Pony Club.
