Meeting Protocol
Apologies must be put into the secretary via text or email.

The quorum reqired is 7

Each Branch has 2 Delegates - total of 8 Delegates to attend.

Also attending Treasurer & DC

The DC chairs the meeting but can not vote should a vote be called.
The DC is the casting Vote.

Only delegates from your branches are able to vote and speak at meetings.

Members are welcome to attend - but please notify the secretary that you are attending in case we do not hold the meeting or the venue is changed and we will try to notifiy you if we know you are attending.

Any items must come via your branches and your delegates and can be raised as matters arising or asked to be put on the agenda.

Not all minutes will make it here. But I will try to make it happen.
