Trainings:

We like to hold one training a week for these teams. The coach for each team will organise a training session aimed at developing a wide range of skills and abilities, such as dribbling, shooting, passing and general movement and balance.  They are designed to be fun, using variations on games like bull rush, tag, and stuck in the mud to emphasise and develop certain skills.

Coaching

Trainings are organised by the coach who is generally a parent, therefore if you feel you would like to volunteer we would love to hear from you. Please email the club for information:

The club and capital football provide information and courses to assist you.
