In the late 1960’s I played junior football for Wainuiomata AFC, and later in life I continued to support local groups such as the Board of Trustees, I was a volunteer Girl Guide leader for a number of years, and I spent 32 years in the local Fire Brigade as a volunteer helping to keep our community safe.
I have owned my mechanic business in Wainuiomata for over 30 years, and the loyalty from my customers during that time is second to none. Thanks to their unwavering support, I am able to sponsor the Mens Reserve team, and the Wainuiomata AFC.
