When will we be training? There will be 2 sessions per week - EVENING BOOTCAMP: 6-7pm Mon & Fri, plus participants get free access to the weights room / group fitness classes* for the duration of the bootcamp (*conditions apply)

What if I can’t make every session? We understand that some people can’t make every session – that’s ok, just remember that the more sessions you come to and the harder you work, the better the results will be! Cost-wise, unfortunately we aren’t able to adjust the price based on how many sessions you come to over the duration of the bootcamp, so the more sessions you come to, the more value you get for your money!
When will we start and finish? Contact us - we run it when there are sufficient registrations. Once you have registered we will be in touch with you to see if you would like an ‘orientation’ before the Bootcamp begins – this is just to run through technique. The sessions will be a mixture of indoor and outdoor, resistance and cardio training over the 8 weeks.
What do I need for the sessions? Just the basics – come wearing sports clothes and shoes and bring a towel and drink bottle. Make sure you have something warm enough for training outside.
When do we pay? Registration fees are to be paid before the first session. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required.
