FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING: strength and cardio circuit
Pump / Dance Mix - low impact mixed class including a variety of tracks from a range of programmes
SENIOR STRONG - stay stronger for longer! A class focusing on mobility / strength / balance. Designed for: falls prevention, beginners, the older adult, presons with pre-existing medical conditions or physical difficulties and those who are returning from injury.
Strength Training for Endurance - endurance focused strength training for runners, kayakers, cuclists and swimmers.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - TURBO: 30 minute high intensity interval training sessions - 2 times per week. Tuesday - Strength 7am; Thursday - Core 7am.
