Mondays 7am, Wednesdays 6.30am, Friday 7am

TURBO Strength
– hits major muscle groups, burns fat, develops lean muscle, strengthens and tones
Monday 7am                     

TURBO Cardio
– burns fat, increases fitness, power, agility, explosive speed and leg strength, burns calories
Wednesday 6.30am
