The Coach Collective 

2024 sees Selwyn Netball Centre implementing the new Coach Collective commencing with a half day Coach Collective event targeting Club Coach Coordinators and Coach Connectors.  

The purpose is to provide an opportunity for Coach Connectors and Club Coordinators to continue:

• building connections
• supporting Athlete Centred coaching
• bringing Coach Connectors to life
• gathering valuable tools and resources for their coaching kete

The day is currently in the planning stage but please save the date and watch out for further information.. 

The Coach Collective doesn’t finish with just the one-day event! Throughout the season we have more development opportunities such as:

• introducing Coach Connectors to each grade, providing regular connections
• facilitating CCA formal workshops and informal workshops
• supporting and development representative and player development coaches
• promoting coach observation opportunities at Mainland Netball high performance trials and talent ID player development programmes
• facilitating online meetings
