- Umpires must take part in a COMPULSORY induction at the beginning of each term
- Each team is to provide an umpire and a scorer/timekeeper
- Umpires will be allocated to the opposite round to their team games i.e. if your team is playing at 6pm, your umpire will umpire the 7pm round or 8pm round
- Umpire no shows may result in a $50 fine. If your team's umpire is away it is the team's responsibility to find a replacement umpire
- Umpire suitability - We understand that this is a social competition, however we still need experienced umpires that are able to control the game. We ask that you please consider the level of experience of the umpire you are providing for this competition to ensure they are suitable. Looking after our umpires is our top priority. Umpiring games above their level is not fair or suitable, which may cause stress on the game and everyone involved. The last thing we want is to scare umpires away because of an unpleasant experience they have had. It is important that we are not putting them in situations they cannot yet manage which is why we are reiterating the importance of your umpire selections
