The cycle track on the eastern side of Opanuku was also reopened January 2024 after installation of new water pipes by Auckland Council.

While the Community House was closed over the Christmas break we walked as usual and enjoyed some delicious contributions to morning tea: Alison's Christmas cake, Nosheen's baklava, Arns' ollebollen and Glenis' ginger crunch were all appreciated.
