Game day

  • Players should arrive at the courts 20 minutes before their game to warm up with the team.
  • If players are unable to attend any game or practice, please notify the manager/coach as soon as possible.
  • There spectator areas are for parents to stand to watch; this helps to prevent disruption to the game or injury to the umpire or players.

Communication

  • The team manager will update you with club information, game times, fundraising and cancellations.
  • Coaches/managers will inform children/parents of game times.
  • If a parent is unable to be present at a training or on a game day, please ensure your manager has the name and contact details of who is responsible for your child especially in event of an emergency.
  • If you have a concern regarding your child and you feel unable to discuss this with your coach and/or manager or junior delegate please contact the committee with your specific concerns in writing.  The committee will acknowledge your concern within 1 week and respond to you in a timely matter.  NB: the committee usually meets monthly.  If of an urgent matter a special meeting will be held.
