Gisborne Netball is a place where people come together, grow their skills and enjoy the game. Our courts are filled with tamariki, rangatahi, seniors, umpires, coaches and whānau who support each other and create a positive space for everyone. Whether you are playing, learning, helping or cheering from the sideline, you are part of our netball family.

TWILIGHT WALKING NETBALL

All ages, all abilities & levels of experience, mixed gender - everyone is welcome!

Love the game but find that you don't quite have the same mobility you once did to race around the court? 

Then our Walking Netball Group is the right place to be! 

It's a fun friendly safe environment to get your netball fix. Play alongside, friends and family and get ready to meet new people, some completely new to the game and others who hung their netball shoes up but are ready to dust them off and hit the courts again - albeit a little slower than before.  

Turn up and we'll place you into teams for the day.  Try different positions and most importantly have fun - No scoring just count up all the laughter! 

RULES

Most Netball rules apply BUT.... there's NO running or jumping!  

You have 5 seconds to release the ball and you can take up to 2 steps before passing! 

If you are new to netball, don't worry, we'll have friendly staff on court to support you along the way!
