2026 Current Year Enrolment Procedure

We welcome enrolment applications for students who wish to join Ōtāhuhu Intermediate School during the 2026 school year.

Before beginning the enrolment process, please check that your residential address is within the Ōtāhuhu Intermediate School Zone. You can do this by using the school zone checker or by viewing our enrolment scheme page.

Students who live within our school zone are entitled to enrol at Ōtāhuhu Intermediate. If you live outside our school zone, enrolment is not guaranteed and will depend on the requirements of our enrolment scheme and whether places are available.

The online form will guide you through each step of the enrolment process. Please make sure all sections are completed carefully and that all required documents are uploaded before submitting the application.

Documents Required

To help us process your child’s enrolment, please have the following documents ready:

• Your child’s birth certificate or passport
• Proof of your current residential address
• Your child’s latest school report
• Your child’s immunisation or vaccination record
• Visa or residency documentation, if your child was not born in New Zealand
• Any relevant medical, learning, custody, or legal information the school needs to be aware of

Important Information

Enrolment applications that are incomplete, missing required information, or missing supporting documents cannot be processed until all details have been provided.

Once a completed enrolment application has been submitted, our office team will acknowledge this by email. If any further information is needed, we will contact you directly.
