All enrolment forms are completed with us at the office during your enrolment appointment.

To enrol, please ring to make an appointment or visit Whaea Jennifer in the school office.

What to Bring for EnrolmentHere’s what you’ll need to bring in order to enrol your child at Te Mahia School:

  1. Birth Certificate or Passport – Proof of your child’s identity.

  2. Proof of Address – A recent utility bill, bank statement, or any other official document with your address.

  3. Immunisation Records – Documentation showing your child's immunisation history.

  4. Medical Information – Any relevant medical details, including allergies or ongoing health conditions.

  5. School Transfer Forms – If your child has previously attended another school, please bring their transfer form or report.

Please ensure all forms and documents are completed at the office. You can bring them to Whaea Jennifer when you visit. Be sure to enrol before your chosen start date.
