Wairoa RSA ANZAC Writing and Art Competition 2026
Te Mahia School proudly participated in the recent Wairoa ANZAC Writing and Art Competition, an initiative led by the Wairoa RSA to honour and reflect on the significance of ANZAC Day. This annual competition invites students to share their thoughts, feelings, and understanding of ANZAC through either written or visual expression, responding to the prompt:
Courage in All Its Forms / Ngā Āhua Katoa o te Māia
We are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our tamariki:
- Kade - 1st in the Year ⅞ writing category
- Kade - Ted Penty trophy for the overall winner
- Solomon - 2nd in the Year 1-3 art category
- Solomon - 1st Year 1-3 writing category
- Rosa - 2nd Year 1-3 writing category
