Club/School/Team Delegates
In order to be able to have a say (comment or vote) in our AGM we need one nominated Delegate from the Club/School/Independent team to be registered.
Our AGM is happening soon, and it’s important we have delegates (representatives from your school or club who can vote/have a say) attend. Please see below a PDF “AGM Delegate 2026” for your school/club to fill in and return to NRC by 7 February 5pm – only one delegate per school/club.
ANYONE is welcome to attend and observe, and we welcome all, but only the nominated delegate may vote on behalf of the school/club.
We have a very important matter on our Agenda: the new Constitution. Netball Rotorua have been working on it in 2025 and we need it passed and approved at our AGM so we can reregister under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. Please have a look at the attached PDF of our new constitution “NRC Constitution 2026” and if you have any concerns or amendments you would like to table, please make sure your delegate is up to date with everything and can voice your concerns at the meeting. The Netball Rotorua executive committee also has an opening for up to 3 new members who can assist us with the running of Netball in Rotorua (all voluntary). Please form below PDF “NRCNomination2026” outlining the process. All applications should be returned to us by 7 February 2026 by 5pm.
We will email again on 9 Feb with our AGM Agenda, a list of the attending delegates (only the names put forward can be delegates, no late changes on the day), Minutes of the 2025 AGM and our Financials (if available by then).
