Netball Rotorua is very proud of all our award recipients, many of whom still serve today.

Carol Holt

Netball Rotorua recognises Carol Holt for all that she has given to the game of netball and to Netball Rotorua.

She has been passionate, verbal and proactive courtside for the last 35 years! Her approach to coaching has evolved over the years. Initially driven by competitive success, she now also emphasises the importance of personal growth and balance.

Carol remains as passionate as ever, balancing her role as Rotorua Girls High School’s (RGHS) Sports Co-ordinator with multiple coaching commitments. 

She has coached Netball Rotorua Representative teams of all ages throughout her coaching career over many years here in Rotorua

Ruth Rika

Netball Rotorua recognises Ruth Rika for all that she has given to the game of netball and to Netball Rotorua.

Ruth is also passionate, verbal and proactive with the sport of netball during her many years here in Rotorua. 

Her coaching has evolved over the years with Ngongotaha, Rotorua Netball and especially our representative team.

Ruth, we thank you and acknowledge all you have given by awarding you the Rotorua Netball Service Award.
