Recommended registration process

There are several ways to register, but we suggest this to be the simplest and easiest way: register a team, send the players the link to the team, and they register themselves. (Easier on a PC than on a phone).

ONLY THE ADMIN CREATES TEAMS - then the players register themselves with the link the admin sends them.

The process is outlined below with screenshots to assist. ​​​​​​​

1. Login to your club/school Sporty page.
2. Click on TEAMBUILDER.
3. Click on the year > Netball Rotorua Centre > Competition (there may only be 1 competition relevant to your club/school or there may be a couple, depending on which competitions your club/school is registered for)
4. Look in the right-hand side column for the grade you wish to enter your team in. (.eg. Prem 3). Click on 'Add Team"
5. Enter the TEAM NAME, GRADE and your details (as the admin for the school/club team). 
6. Click the green 'submit' button. 
7. You will receive an email confirming your team entry. You can COPY THE LINK and send to the players to register themselves to your team. They will automatically be added to your team, without you needing to edit their information. Remind your players to fill in all the necessary information and to include a picture of themselves (their face),

Step 1: log in to Sporty.

Step 2: Click on TEAMBUILDER.

Step 4: Look in the right hand side column for the grade you wish to enter your team in. (.eg. Prem 3).

Click on 'Add Team" (Do one team entry at a time, if you have more than one team).

Step 5: Enter the TEAM NAME, and your details (as the admin for the school/club team). The Grade will already be selected because you created the team in that grade.
It's best that it's your email (as admin) so you are in control of the players registered to the team)

Step 6. Click the green 'submit' button. ​​​​​​​

You will get a pop up on screen, confirming your entry. You can copy the team link from here or you can do it from the email you will receive.

Step 7. You will receive an email confirming your team entry. You can COPY THE LINK and send to the players to register themselves to your team. They will automatically be added to your team, without you needing to edit their information. Remind your players to fill in all the necessary information and to include a picture of themselves (their face),

Step 8. CHECK If your club has had individual players register without an assigned team code/link, then you will need to drag them across from the left hand side to the team of your choice on the right hand side. 

The teams are automatically entered into the NRC competition into the grade you selected.
NRC reserves the right to change the grade you originally entered for our grading purposes (depending on the previous year's results).
