    To play in the Netball Rotorua Secondary Schools Competition, players are registered by their schools/clubs. Please get in touch with your school/club regarding teams for 2026.

    Netball Rotorua runs the Secondary competition on Wednesday afternoons/evenings from 4pm to 7pm in terms 2 and 3 for 8- 13 weeks.

    Fees: $900 per team.
    Netball fees to be paid into "Netball Rotorua" Account: 03-1552-0093844-00

    Umpire Fees $150 per team. 
    Umpire fees to be paid into "Rotorua Umpires" Account: 03-0415-0374979-00

    2026 Dates

    Grading: April 29, 6 May
    Play dates: May 13, 20, 27, June 3, 10, 17, 24, July 1, 22, 29, Aug 5, 12

    *If there is a draw at the end of the competition for 1st place, and we need to determine the winner, we will go with goal differential. If there is a team that has withdrawn in that competition, we will remove their results in order to find a winner based on the same competition* Please see the NRC regulations
