Sport and Attendance
Playing sport for Waimea College is a privilege. Students are expected to demonstrate good attendance, responsibility and commitment to both their learning and their sport.
Attendance
Students are expected to have a satisfactory attendance record leading up to and during their sporting season or tournament, unless there are genuine circumstances that can be explained.
If a student’s attendance becomes a concern, they may be given a warning and their attendance will be monitored. Continued concerns may affect their ability to participate in the sport.
