The Waimea College Sports Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements, contributions and commitment of our students and wider sporting community throughout the year.

The 2026 Sports Awards recognise sporting achievements from 9th September 2025 to 9th September 2026.

We invite nominations for students who have demonstrated excellence, commitment, leadership, sportsmanship or significant contribution to Sport at Waimea College.

Nominations close Monday 14th September 2026.

All nominations will be considered by a judging committee, who will select the finalists and award recipients in each category. Finalists will be notified by email.

Sports Awards Evening - Wednesday 21st October 2026

Finalists and award recipients will be required to attend the Sports Awards evening.
