There is an interschool event in term one with enduro and cross country races. 

Students must provide their own suitable bike and safety gear. Entries are done through the sports office and payment made to the finance office.

There is also the opportunity to represent Waimea College at the SISS Mountain Biking event and the NZSS Mountain Biking event. 

Entries for these Cycling NZ events are done through the school.

Uniform

Students will wear a Waimea top, this can either be purchased and customised with their own name, or hired from the sports office.
