Waimea College works alongside the local clubs  to provide opportunities for students to compete in both boys and girls competitions and tournaments.

Each year Waimea College are lucky enough to be play at the Willows Cricket Club.  The Club's aim is to encourage players in secondary school 1st XI’s to play with and against experienced players, many of whom are present or past first-class cricketers.

To offer quality cricket to cricket lovers in a country atmosphere, where families may come to watch and picnic.

Cricket is played in Term 1 and Term 4.

Cost

There will be a charge for entry for each event.   The events outside of Nelson will incur costs dependent on each event and its location.

Uniform

Students will wear a Waimea top to play in and need to provide their own white pants.
